The 24th Annual Home and Garden Show will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 17 and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 18 at the Hopkins County Fairgrounds Ballard Convention Center.

About 100 residents from around Hopkins and Muhlenberg counties attended a meet and greet for Kentucky Commissioner of Agriculture James Comer, who is one of four Republican candidates vying for the top spot in the next governor’s race.

The Second Annual Key Club Character Breakfast will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, March 21 at the Ballard Convention Center on Arch Street in Madisonville.
